Crispy Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Craving for some fries without having all the guilt after eating it? I have a perfect solution for that. I present to you the crispy oven baked sweet potato fries! This is an all time favorite in our home. The key to making it nice and crispy is by adding a little bit of cornstarch about 1-2 tsp for one large sweet potato. Too much cornstarch gives you this starchy taste as a result. Another tip is to avoid using olive oil. Yes, olive oil sounds healthy but it will make the fries on the soggy end and we want it crispy. Lastly, once done baking, make sure you let it rest for a few minutes before indulging. It will help the sweet potato to crisp up even more. Serve fries with spicy mayo dip. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask and comment below. I’ll be happy to answer it.
