So, you are here to get to know me a little bit more. Well, I’m an aspiring pastry chef who has a big heart for delicious fresh food and tantalizing pastries! I enjoy making food, getting creative and of course allowing myself an occasional food indulgence.
Switzerland, where I’m currently sourcing my fresh ingredients, is my third continent to live in. I was born in the islands of the Philippines and migrated to the land of dreams United States at the age of 15.
The year 2020 is especially unique to each and every one of us. I started Gem Framboise as a vessel to amplify the inner peace and serenity through different cuisines. In the past few months, I spent most of my time whisking egg whites and chopping garlics and onions, which ultimately became therapeutic. I hope you find yourself in the kitchen as your sanctuary to restore calmness from within and share it to people who are in search for it.
